Crl.O.P.No.20620 of 2025 Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the fourth respondent herein, the second respondent-Police issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry on 07.02.2025. After conducting preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the said complaint was closed. Therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner. 5.
