The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to the fact that status which is reflected on the website indicates that the petitioner's application for grant of character certificate has been rejected on the ground of pendency of a criminal case. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has pointed out that against the aforesaid rejection order the petitioner would have remedy of filing an appeal. Counsel for the petitioner has accordingly submitted that the petitioner would seek her remedy by filing an appeal before the designated authority. The petition is disposed of.
