Vineeta vs. Chhuttu and others), u/s 34, 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 9(g)/10 POCSO Act, P.S. Khanna, District Mahoba along with summoning order dated 4.6.2024. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their dispute out of court, therefore, the application may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
