Since no action has been taken hence a reminder dated 21.06.2025, copy of which is appended as annexure-6 to the writ petition, has been filed. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that till date no decision has been taken in the matter by the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Aligarh. 3. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit all the necessary informations in this regard annexing all the necessary papers and documents including reminder within three weeks from today before the respondent no.2. If it is so the respondent no.2 is directed to take a decision in the matter within a further period of six weeks.
