Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2771 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66B,66C and 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 3. On 06.01.2025, Cyber Police, Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Tapovan Colony, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co- accused persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P. has submitted that several mobile phones were recovered from the room of the petitioner. It was further submitted that one of the mobile phones was used in cheating the victim. 6. It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S.
