Heard Shri Ashutosh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to trace out and recover the missing daughter of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that in the instant matter NCR having Registration No.0018 of 2024 was registered on 25.11.2024 but till date neither proper investigation has been ensured nor petitioner's daughter has been traced out. 4. On the matter being taken up today, learned State Law Officer, on the instructions, states that petitioner's daughter is major as per her High School Marksheet, wherein her date of birth is shown as 09.01.2006. During investigation, it transpired that she has already got married with one Shri Shaktiman Kumar and presently residing at Nanpur, Malegaon, Nasik, Maharashtra. The investigating officer has also talked with the couple. In this backdrop, it is submitted that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The writ petition is consigned to record.
