The present Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 13.06.2024 made in W.P.No.26919 of 2022. 2. This Court issued multiple directions in the writ proceeding. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the marriage ceremony in the temple, the directions issued by the Court are flouted. 3. Per contra the learned Government Advocate based on the written instructions of the Executive Officer of the Temple would submit that the directions / instructions are affixed in the temple notice board as well as the flex boards are being maintained by the temple. In the event of any violation by any of the devotees or any person, suitable actions will be initiated. 4. It is made clear that the Executive Officer is expected to be vigilant while conducting ceremonies and festivals in the temple and ensure that the directions issued by the Courts are followed scrupulously.
