Petitioner has also sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondents 4 and 6 to consider the application of the petitioner and to grant the land measuring 2 acres 30 guntas in Sy. No. 30 situated at Mattanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. 2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Advocate, Annexure-D is only an internal correspondence between the Deputy Tahsildar and the Tahsildar. The communication appears to suggest that the application of the petitioner is ineligible. However, till a final order is passed in terms of Rule 108-CCC(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966, rejecting the application of the petitioner as being ineligible, there is no cause of action to the petitioner to initiate proceedings. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43723 WP No. 29717 of 2025 3.
