On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the allegations are civil in nature and there was money transaction between the petitioner and the counter party. Further, in order to repay the said money, the counter party pledged car and thereafter it was taken away. Therefore, the trial court rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. 4. In view of the above discussion, this criminal revision case is dismissed.
