Even though the petitioners have sought the aforesaid prayer through this Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions would now submit that it would suffice if directions were to be issued to the trial Court by this Court to dispose of the suit within a fixed time. 3. CRP No. 5103 of 2025 performance. As seen from the cause title, the petitioners are senior citizens, aged 77 and 62 years respectively. 4.
After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the age of the petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, this Court directs the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.964 of 2021, after framing the issues and after conducting trial, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
