Qadiri, learned Sr. counsel has fairly admitted that the petition is deficient in pleadings and accordingly, he submits that he would file representation today and subject to the filing of the said representation highlighting the issue which has been projected in the instant petition before the respondents 3 and 4, the same will be accorded due consideration by taking a holistic view. 2. Let the said representation be accorded due consideration within a period of one week and the decision which is likely to be passed in the aforesaid representation be communicated to the petitioner through registered post. 3. At this stage, Mr. M. I. Qadiri, learned Sr. counsel submits that he would feel satisfied in case the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to accord due consideration to the representation which the petitioner undertakes to file during the course of the day before the respondents 3 and 4. Subject to filing of the representation during the course of the day, the same be accorded due consideration by taking holistic view within a period of one week positively. 4. The decision which is likely to be taken be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post. Needless to say that in case the decision goes against the petitioner, he will be at liberty to challenge the same by way of appropriate remedy. 5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
