Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T No. 402/2024, arising out of Birni P.S. Case No. 91/2024, registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Giridih. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Kaushalya Devi who died due to asphyxia because of drowning within seven years of marriage. It is alleged that accused persons used to torture her to enforce the demand of dowry. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
