The entire allegations are with regard to the private dispute in managing the petitiioner temple. It is the main grievance of the petitioner that after expiry of the period, the fifth respondent has not handed over the jewels and accounts of the temple and suits filed in this regards are also pending. 3. It is now stated that the jewels are handed over to the petitioner temple and with regard to the accounts and other affairs of the temple, the Court cannot direct without any evidence and it has to be tested in a civil suit. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
