2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Bano P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega.
3. On 20.09.2024, dead body of the mother of the informant was found lying outside her house at Semartoli. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and other co-accused persons that due to the land dispute, they might have committed the murder of the deceased.
4. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that the learned Sessions Judge, Simdega has rejected the Bail Application of the petitioner as the investigation against him was still pending.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record.
6. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega in connection with S.T. Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Bano P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 17 of 2025.
