Petitioner Jaskaran Singh has filed CRM-M-38910-2019 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 09.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Talwandi whereby application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by respondent was allowed and petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.15,000/- per month to respondent as well as for setting aside judgment dated 01.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Session Judge, Bathinda whereby the criminal revision filed by petitioner against order dated 09.04.2018 was dismissed and order dated Sunil Devi 2025.04.01 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-38910-2019 & CRM-M-40160-2019 -2- 18.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) vide which conditional warrants of petitioner were issued for 12.09.2019. 2. Petitioner Jaskaran Singh has also filed CRM-M-40160-2019 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside impugned orders dated 30.01.2019, 25.04.2019, 18.07.2019 and 12.09.2019 (Annexure P-1 to P-4) passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bathinda, Camp at Talwandi Sabo whereby conditional warrants of petitioner have been issued. 3. Today nobody has appeared on behalf of petitioner(s) in both cases. Even earlier, nobody had appeared on behalf of petitioner(s). Learned counsel for petitioner(s) was notified about the next date of hearing. As per the report, Registry has notified the date to the counsel(s) through e-mail, even then nobody has turned up. . 4.
