School, Devi Mehla, Dsitrict Chamba w.e.f. 22.02.2022. According to the petitioner, she has completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting, which is hard/tribal area and on completion of such tenure, she has preferred a representation dated 18.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.3, however the said representation has not been decided. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.
