In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned judgment dated 30.01.2023passed by the learned Single Judge, by which, the writ petition bearing CWP No.11273 of 2022 titled as ‘Sangeeta versus Bank of Baroda and others’ filed by the appellant has been dismissed. 2. After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that all the issues raised by the appellant before the learned Single Judge had not been decided while passing the impugned order dated 30.01.2023.
