The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 64/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 27.07.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have murdered his daughter inside the house. When the police party and villagers reached there, he confessed that he has committed murder of the deceased. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
