JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to consider representation filed at Annexure-'E' and 'F', seeking change of Khata and handing over possession of land bearing Sy.No.127 (old No.45) measuring 3 acres situated at Gorur Village, Solur Hobli, Magadi Taluk, in terms of the order of the Assistant Commissioner dated 08.07.2024 at Annexure-'A'. 2. In terms of the order at Annexure at 'A' there was resumption of land and declaration of the sale deed in favour of the purchaser to be void and for restoration of land to the grantees. The petitioner claims to be the wife - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46251 WP No. 32186 of 2025 of the original grantee and has sought for implementation of the direction passed in the order at Annexure-'A'. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if the order at Annexure-'A' has attained finality, they will take appropriate steps to give effect to the order of the Assistant Commissioner/respondent No.2. 4. In the light of such stand, the petition is disposed of. Respondents-Authorities to take appropriate steps to give effect to the order of the Assistant Commissioner/respondent No.2 and such proceedings to be initiated within a period of eight weeks from the date of certified copy of the order.
