Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-27920-2025 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 26.05.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 01 month and 20 days. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
