THIS PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE 1ST RESPONDENT AND 2ND RESPONDENT TO REGISTER THE NAME OF THE PETITIONER IN THE E-PORTAL BY ISSUANCE OF A- KHATHA CERTIFICATE BASED ON THE TITLE DEEDS IN RESPECT OF SITE NO.1288 (SCHEDULE PROPERTY) ON PARITY GROUNDS IN RESPECT OF SITE NO.1274 VIDE ANNEXURE-D AND ETC.

ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed the present writ petition contending that he is entitled to get A-khata certificate issued from respondent nos.1 and 2. However, it is submitted that respondent nos.1 and 2 have issued him B-khata certificate. It is further submitted that the petitioner has made representation to respondent nos.1 and 2 in this regard and they have not taken any action. Hence, the present petition is filed with the prayer to direct respondent nos.1 and 2 to issue A-khata.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 upon instructions submitted that petitioner has not filed the necessary application and if he were to file the necessary

application along with all the necessary particulars, his application will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed.
3. Hence, the following:
ORDER (i) The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application for A-khata in respect of his property concerned; (ii) Upon receipt of such an application by respondent no.2, he shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of 60 days thereafter; (iii) The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
