By filing the above-mentioned application, it is Patna High Court MJC No.3408 of 2024(4) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 stated by the petitioner that the date of hearing of the application was fixed on 11.09.2024, on which date, the learned Advocate for the petitioner was away from Patna to attend a case in Delhi. There was nobody to mention the matter and the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that his absence may be condoned, because on 11.09.2024 it was beyond his control to appear before this Court to take part in the hearing of the said writ petition. 4.
