Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Jasveer Singh, has apprised the Court that after completion of investigation, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction on 29.07.2024; thereafter, charges were framed on 28.08.2024 and out of total 24 prosecution witnesses, four have already been examined. 3. As the trial is going on, therefore, petitioner may raise his grievance before learned trial Court, in accordance with law. 4.
