It is far from the truth that they are being called by the police, when the petitioner and his associates do not know who they. There is no need for the police to call the petitioner nor his associates in this case. Police will not call the petitioner or his associates in this case. The Petitioner made false and baseless allegations on the Police in this case. ” Considering the submissions made and in view of the aforementioned 4. written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of.
