Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to take action on the complaint dated 19.05.2025 moved by petitioner to its logical end and to register FIR against respondent No.6 as even after giving a detailed complaint prima facie disclosing the cognizable offence committed by respondent No.6, no steps have been taken by the offical respondents for registering the case against the accused party. Further prayer has been made that direction to respondents No.1 to 3 be issued to conduct a detailed enquiry and to respondents No.1 to 5 to decide the complaint and legal notice dated 19.05.2025 and 06.06.2025, respectively. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed a complaint dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. After hearing counsel for the parties, respondent No.2- the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala is directed to decide the complaint dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within one month from today, in accordance with law. 6.
