ORDER 30.06.2025
01. The record reveals that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 24th June, 2025.
02. Today, when the instant matter was taken up for
consideration, there was once again no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. May be the cause of action for which the instant writ petition was filed, no longer survives or may have been redressed by this point of time, which could be the reason that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
