The petitioner was terminated form his services on 28.03.1987. The order of termination has not been challenged by the petitioner. By means of the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a direction for payment of salary to the petitioner from 28.03.1987 to February, 2020 and also to decide his representation dated 07.10.2024. It is submitted that in a criminal case, the petitioner was acquitted by the concerned court below by a judgment rendered on 27.02.2024. However, the termination order still stands and has not been challeng ed by the petitioner. This Court is of the view that there is no good cause to interfere in the matter.
