Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to Respondent No.2 to furnish the particulars, as sought in the application dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure-D).
3. It is submitted by Sri.Malipatil P.S, learned counsel for respondent-KSFC that, in the event the petitioner approaches the Branch Manager of respondent No.2 with the list of documents, the same will be furnished to the petitioner.
4. In that view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, the petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.2- Branch Manager, KSFC, seeking documents as mentioned in Annexure-D. With this observation, writ petition is disposed of.
