JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 22-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the victim, who is a 28 year old lady and also the mother of two children is said to have been abducted by the petitioner. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is falsely implicated in this case. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
