Today, learned senior advocate for the O.P. No.1 submitted the certified copy of order dated 28.10.2022 passed in C.S. No.120 of 2007 by the learned Civil Judge, Jajpur that, the suit vide C.S. No.120 of 2007, from which, this writ petition had arisen, has already been dismissed for default of the plaintiff on dated 28.10.2022. 6. The suit vide C.S. No.120 of 2007, from the order of which this writ petition had arisen, has already been dismissed for default of the plaintiff. For which, this writ petition has become infructuous automatically. 7. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of being infructuous on the basis of the order dated 28.10.2022 passed in C.S. No.120 of 2007 by the learned Civil Judge, Jajpur. 8. Certified copy of the order dated 28.10.2022 passed in C.S. No.120 of 2007 regarding dismissal of that suit filed by learned senior advocate for O.P. No.1 be formed part of the Record.
