The present application is led by the Applicant for enlarging him on Furlough Leave for a period of 30 days. 2. Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State. 4. Ms.Mousami Vala learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has received appreciation letters by the jail authorities on two occasions which are annexed to the application. 5. Though, the jail remarks re.ect that the applicant had absconded but, that was on previous occasion and such delay had been regularized by the coordinate bench. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 7. The application is partly allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be released on Furlough Leave for a period of 14 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on a further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Furlough Leave Period. 8.
