Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for respondent-bank. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- " (A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of direction to the respondent no. 2 that the loan amount deposited should not be recover a sum of 7,94,623+63 from the petitioner again, it is further prayed kindly be pleased direct the respondent no. 2 to provide the "No Dues" certificate alongwith mortgagee documents. (B) Issue a writ order or direction to the respondent no. 2 and also decide the representation dated 08.01.2025 expeditiously." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire loan amount has already been deposited by the petitioner and thereafter an application was submitted by him before the Branch Manager for the grant of "No Dues", but till date no decision has been taken on the said application. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for respondent-Bank that certain dues were still pending against the petitioner. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent-Bank and a certified copy of this order within a period of ten days from today. In case, the representation is filed within the stipulated period, the respondent-Bank will pass appropriate orders most expeditiously and preferably within a period of one week from the date of submission of representation.
