Mr. Dilip Kumar Shukla, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent no. 4 (the supply company). He submits, if petitioner approaches said respondent, the information will be given to him. 4. Petitioner may approach respondent no. 4 for obtaining information on outstanding bills and his prayer for liquidation by installments. In event he does so, respondent no. 4 will give copies of the bills and consider his prayer for installments, if permissible. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
