The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 23/2025 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 257/2024, for the offence registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-I, Hazaribag. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the occurrence is alleged to have taken place in the year 2022 and the present case was instituted in the year 2024. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-I, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
