By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly issue necessary directions to the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner. 10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly issue direction to the respondent authorities to Correct the caste category of the petitioner as "OBC (Non Creamy Layer) instead of OBC Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI 2 (Creamy Layer) candidate on the basis of caste certificate of the petitioner. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly pass any necessary order or direction to respondent that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the form, petitioner has mentioned her category as O.B.C. (Creamy Layer) whereas she belongs to O.B.C. (Non- Creamy Layer). It is contention of learned counsel for petitioner that she may be given liberty to file a representation raising all her grievances before the respondent No. 2 and in turn, respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to consider and decide representation submitted by petitioner on the basis of documents filed before it. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents do not opposes the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions made by the parties, and further considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation raising all their grievances before the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No.2 within a period of ten days from the date of copy of this order and, in turn, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner while passing appropriate order in a pragmatic manner expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law. 5.
