After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, Patna High Court CR. MISC.
