(d) Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b) & (c) be granted; (e) For such and other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances;” 2. Mr. Vinayak J. Bhanushali, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the learned Single Judge. 3.
