The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 3. On 06.01.2025, Cyber Police, Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Tapovan Colony, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co- accused persons. Several mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anybody. It was further submitted that co-accused Krishna Dev Kumar @ Krishna Deo Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2488/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S.
