JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The petitioner has given representations to the respondents that a third party has encroached upon Government property in Pulakeshi Nagar, Frazer Town and has put up construction. On the ground that no action has been taken against the said third party, the present writ petition is filed. 2. The petitioner has not impleaded the person against whom he wants the respondents to act, as a party to the proceedings. Under the said circumstances, the writ cannot be entertained. However, it is needless to state that the respondents are required to protect the Government property and initiate appropriate action in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29957 WP No. 17171 of 2025 accordance with law if any encroachment of the Government property is indeed found.
