It is the case of the petitioners that in view of the mismanagement within the Pondicherry Roller Skating Association, the fouth petitioner herein on behalf of the petitioner's association made a complaint dated 29.03.2025 before the 1 st respondent requesting to oversee the functioning of the aforesaid association. However, no action has been taken on the same so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the concerned respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26649 of 2025 same. 4.On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Counsel appearing for respondents and perused the materials on record. 5. In the light of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1 st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents 5 to 9. 6.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
