The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider his representation dated 26.08.2025 vide Annexure 'J' requesting respondent No.2 to extend service weightage for the period from 02.11.2007 till the date of notification. Respondent no. 2 has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence this petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if a reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2025 vide Annexure 'J' and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53188 WP No. 34626 of 2025 3.
