By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any appropriate writ, order directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Raipur (C.G.) to expedite the proceedings in MJC Criminal no. 52/2024 titled Grihum Housing Finance Limited v. Sitaram & Anr.; 10.2 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble 2 Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by the petitioner before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Balrampur (C.G.) is pending consideration since 20.11.2024. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Criminal MJC No. 52/2024 within a stipulated time. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Gupta, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Balrampur (C.G.) to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Criminal MJC No. 52/2024 within statutory period. 4.
