Bench of this Court petitioner in case FIR No.0135 dated 06.06.2025 under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Mandi District petitioner, who has no previous criminal antecedents, has not been attributed any injury, much less sharp grievous, on the person of the complainant; the motorcycle close to the place of occurrence in a running condition and soon after the injuries had been inflicted upon the complainant, prime accused Gopi along with others fled away from the spot on motorcycle. “Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0135 dated 06.06.2025 under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Mandi District Fatehgarh Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioner petitioner, who has no previous criminal antecedents, has not been attributed any injury, much less sharp grievous, on the person of the complainant; the only role attributed to the petitioner is of parking his motorcycle close to the place of occurrence in a running condition and soon after the injuries had been inflicted upon the complainant, prime accused Gopi along with others fled away from the spot on motorcycle.
