Though the petitioner has challenged the aforesaid orders passed by the Courts below, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions would now submit that it would suffice for this Court to issue direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.454 of 2019 uninfluenced by any of the observation made by the Courts below in their orders dated 05.10.2021 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 and 18.11.2024 passed in CMA No.4 of 2021. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has not raised any objections if such a direction is issued. 4.
