Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists, after arguing at some length, submits that the revisionists may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to file the application for bail before the trial court. 3. He further submits that the bail application may be considered and decided by the trial court, in light of the judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Case of Satendra Kumar Antil vs. C.B.I., S.L.P (Crl.) No. 5191 of 2021. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. It is expected that if the bail application is filed by the revisionists, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
