The respondents have filed the statement of facts to the contempt petition, wherein it is being inter alia stated that the case of the petitioner stands considered and that the petitioner was not found to be entitled for the regularization thereof. In view of above, contempt notices issued to the respondents are recalled and the contempt proceedings are accordingly closed.
