The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Torpa P.S. Case No. 62/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(1), 305(a) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. During the intervening night of 20/21.09.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant by unknown persons. They took away jewelries and other valuable articles from there. 4. It was submitted that three Payals were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2024. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Torpa P.S.
