JUSTICE SUMAN SHYAM ORDER 17.03.2025 Sri Debashish Roy, the petitioner/applicant is present in person. Mr. S. Dutta, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. S. Mushahari, learned counsel is present for the OPs/respondents. By filing this I.A. the applicant/writ petitioner is seeking leave of this Court to correct certain typographical mistakes in the writ petition whereby, the praragraphs have been incorrectly numbered. Mr. Roy submits that taking advantage of such typographical errors in the writ petition, the respondents have not responded to the key averments made in the writ petition thus, causing serious prejudice to his interest. Mr. Dutta, learned senior counsel appearing for the OPs submits that he would have no objection if the prayer is allowed. In view of the above and taking note of the grounds stated in the I.A., the prayer for rectification of the typographical errors are hereby allowed. The applicant is granted two weeks time to file a copy of the writ petition by incorporating the corrections as prayed for in this I.A. After filing of such writ petition it will be open for the respondents to file additional counter-affidavit within three weeks thereafter, if so advised. Let the matter be listed accordingly.
