In this regard, the learned Counsel has produced a copy of e-mail dated 17th of June, 2025 in the open court, which is taken on record. When confronted with this position, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner be given liberty to challenge the aforesaid rejection Order.
