JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioners rely upon the outcome in the different civil proceedings to contend that there must be direction to the jurisdictional police to provide protection to the petitioners and their family and also their property measuring 3 acres 26 guntas in Sy.Nos.106/3 and 107/3 of Channammanahalli. Channammanahalli. Channamanahalli Village, Kailancha Hobli, Ramanagar Taluk and District. 2. This Court has called upon the jurisdictional police [the Police Sub-Inspector, Ijoor Police Station, Ramanagara] to file details in the light - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37371 WP No. 23401 of 2024 of the submissions by the learned Additional Government Advocate on his behalf that [a] the complaint was received only in the year 2023; [b] the concerned private respondents have stated that there would be no cause for any police intervention; and [c] there is no incident which would require intervention except a complaint filed in the year 2023. In terms of the liberty granted, the jurisdictional police has filed a report, which is addressed to the office of the learned Advocate General and this report is dated 15.09.2025. 3. This Court from the afore must observe that the jurisdictional police is categorical on [a] extension of protection to ensure that the petitioners' interest in the property as decided by the civil Court is not violated and [b] that if any person [unrelated] intervenes, action will be taken to extend necessary protection. 4. Sri Venkatesh H.N., the learned counsel, for the petitioners, to refute the specific case of the jurisdictional police, places on record certain endorsements to state that repeated complaints are filed resulting only in endorsements without any action.
